Who owns The New York Times Company? And I don't mean class-b-stockholders (i.e. the Sulzberger family and their relatives), I'm talking about class-a-stockholders, at least the major ones. |

As of last April 16, when a proxy statement came out, the only shareholder with no Class B shares and at least 5% of Class A shares was Prudential Securities, with 6.5% of Class A shares. See http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/71691/000100547702001115/d02-35782.txt |
