Who owns The New York Times Company? And I don't mean
class-b-stockholders (i.e. the Sulzberger family and their relatives),
I'm talking about class-a-stockholders, at least the major ones.

As of last April 16, when a proxy statement came out, the only
shareholder with no Class B shares and at least 5% of Class A shares
was Prudential Securities, with 6.5% of Class A shares.
