What is the average percentage of e-mail addresses that Associations
(ie nonprofit organizations) have for their members?

For example, if an Association has 1,000 members, how many of those
members give their e-mail addresses to that association?

I don't quite understand the question. "Average percentage of email
addresses" would require comparing the number of email addresses
against some other number.
