I've just finished creating a prototype for a touchscreen ticket machine

I have to produce a questionaire to ascertain the users opinions on the system

I need to create about 20 questions

Could someone please find out what those questions should be?

What kind of tickets does the machine vend? What kind of information
are you trying to get from your questionnaire (usability of the
system, user comparisons of using such a machine versus other vending
options, etc.)?

Its a ticket machine that sell tram tickets.............ooops should
have mentioned that

questionnaires that did suit your purposes in order to find the one
that I thought would benefit you most. Here you will find a really
nice usability questionnaire that you can modify to achieve the effect
you are looking for.

Here is an excellent source of information that will help you to
modify the example I have given you to fit your needs if you need that
type of help. Again, information here will have to be tailored to your
specific device but I found it to be quite universal in most aspects
of the information if provides:
