In the search Engine box could you type in, acewigs . This is my
company. 3 listings down is a company's add,"complaints.com" that uses
my company name as the title for this search.
Can this please be removed? This is showing up on all search engines
because they use your search like AOL for example. The complaint could
be considered libel.
I do value my original listing with GOOGLE and would like to do
everything possible to improve my positioning. Can you Help???

Please note that Google Answers is very separate from Google the
search engine. Although we can offer opinions, and answers based on
research, no-one here is able to remove a page from the search
results.

In recent times Google have manually removed some hate sites which go
against European law. They are also receptive to removing sites when
requested by the owner. But that appears to be all.

I severely doubt that Google would remove the complaints.com page
unless they received an order from the court. Their role is to provide
accurate search results, not judge the content. For example, I like
Amazon and IMDB because I can read comments about how good a book or
movie is. Imagine if the producers of Pearl Harbor asked Google to
remove every web page which made an unfavorable comment about their
movie... Your case is no different, and would need to be addressed by
the legal system first.

Regardless, it appears that your problem will be solved by the end of
the month. The content of the actual page at complaints.com has been
deleted. It is only viewable through Google's cache, however that, and
the search result, should disappear at the end of the month when
Google updates their index.
