Dear latitude51uk-ga:

By asking the question "why not?" you have basically rendered your
question unanswerable. How could the House of Commons decide not to
discuss something without ever bringing it up? If the House of Commons
brings the matter up, then it has technically been discussed, even if
for a moment.

No decision could have been made to leave something OFF an agenda
without first discussing it, and once it has been discussed it becomes
part of the agenda even if the issue is immediately tabled or
dismissed - therefore, there is no way to truthfully answer your
second question.

Please reconsider the manner in which your question is phrased so it
can be researched sufficiently.

Less than 1% of the USA population believe or even seriously consider
that chem trails are for population control. Hardly more than 1% would
conceed that chem trails are for some other purpose. The main stream
media and most of the population are in denial on this and a large
number of similar topics, such as are cell phnes causing brain tumors
or other brain damage. Is white suger, hydogenated oil, hormones fed
to poltry and meat animals deadly to humans? Is HAARP radiation
wrecking our health. Are voting machines made to count according to
the wishes of the rich and powerful? Will a million Americans die if
we are forced to accept the already stock piled small pox vacinations?
I'm not familliar with practices in the House of Commons, but in the
USA House and Senate, many things are discussed that the public is not
told about. Neil

While this is *entirely* rumor, a friend of mine is something of a
conspiracy freak, and word among the "black helicopter" crowd--at
least here in the US--is that the chem-trails have nothing to do with
deliberately causing anyone health problems, but are in fact a
desperate measure to combat the hole in the ozone layer and other
problems with our atmosphere. Popular theory is the planet's
atmosphere is much worse off than anyone has let on, and the
government (cooperating world governments?) are seeding the atmosphere
with a chemical aerosol in order to help stabilize it in some way. Any
health/respiratory problems caused by the chemical are completely
unintentional, but are an "acceptable casualty" for restoring whatever
is dangerously wrong with the atmosphere/ozone. Again, this is utterly
and completely rumor, and may not have a basis of any sort in fact,
reason, reality, etc. Take it as you will. I tend to be the eternal
skeptic myself, so I personally am neither here nor there on the
subject.

The truth is out there, :-)

For it to be discussed in Parliament then a member would have to raise
it. If you live in the UK, why not write to your MP and ask him/her to
raise it in the house?

Find your MP here:

http://www.parliament.uk/commons/lib/alcm.htm

and send him/her a letter outlining your concerns. If there is a
conspiracy, I doubt very much that an MP would be in on it, so I'm
sure (s)he would be delighted to enquire on your behalf.
