Dear James,

I found a listing for the First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Austin in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Banking
Institution Directory.

According to the listing in the directory, the First Federal Savings
and Loan Association merged with Guaranty Bank in September of 1988.
