This drug is prescription and cannot be legally sold over the counter
in the United States. You will not be able to find a reputable
pharmacy who will sell you this drug. I'm sorry if this is a
non-answer to your question, but will it suffice?

Like Skermit I found a lot of promising online sources but all of them
strictly complies with the FDA. Here's an example of one source I
found:

It is clearly specified on their "Order" page that BY LAW a
Prescription Drug Order from your doctor is required. You need to fax
them your prescriptions before they can process your order. They WILL
NOT fill ANY prescriptions for ANY controlled substances.

As implied in the first link, why not wait until February when the
drug becomes widely available in the U.S.

There are pharmacies in Mexico that are online that sell antiobiotics
legally to Americans. I do not want to wait. This antibiotic is
commonly sold in Mexico. My orignal question still stands unanswered.
I am asking for nothing illegal.
