Leslieliu -- Segmentation depends on your objectives. If you feel that understanding their business objectives and competitive environment is important, you may want to segment them by industry. If you are emphasizing a particular technology, you may segment them by how much they're using that technology -- or by potential use of the technology. In an established practice, management should have you focusing on the most-profitable clients. Best regards, Omnivorous-GA |
