Hello, a) A search for Noam's daughter's name came up with Avi. A similar search for Avi Chomsky shows that she teaches History courses at Salem State College. b) From his biography on an MIT page: "His undergraduate and graduate years were spent at the University of Pennsylvania where he received his PhD in linguistics in 1955."
