The researchers who answered both of the above did so very much in the
manner I had hoped for - Thanks.
 
Below is a revised list of place names in the UK; I have removed place
names for which contractors have already been located.
  
I am looking, for each place name listed, for the URL of one local
plumbing contractors' website, at the rate of 40 cents per URL found
up to a maximum of $45. I have no requirement for a minimum number of
URLs, it just depends what's out there and how much time you have
available.
  
I am building an online searchable database of plumbers throughout the
UK, and intend to send each web author a single email, asking their
permission to add their listing to the online database. This will be a
free service for them.
  
Accordingly, each plumber's site found needs to display an open email
contact for the web author.
  
I will provide payment via the tip feature.

Thanks Leli, 17 areas covered x $0.40 = $6.80 if I'm correct plus
something for a 'normal' tip; there are not enough hours in the day at
