I am looking for a list of Schering Ploughs global manufacturing
facilities/plants. I just completed a list for Genzyme and the answer
would look like this

USA
San Carlos	CA	Diagnostic test kits and reagents

If the product manufactured can be determined that would be a plus, if
not, not to worry.

I've spent several hours today trying to track this down for you, and
I'm not having a lot of luck.
 
This is what I've been able to find so far: 
 
Schering Plough lists "global business facilities in more than 50
countries across six continents":

I've only been able to confirm a few locations as actual manufacturing
facilities.
 
A call to SP's World Headquarters was met with a flat refusal to
confirm *any* of the locations as manufacturing facilities.  The
representative I spoke with says that to get the information you seek,
you must submit a request *in writing* to the Headquarters.
 
I can provide you with the smalll list I have confirmed through other
sources (including those sources), but it is by no means complete.
 
Please advise.

Thanks to a hint from Omnivorous-ga, I believe I have been able to
locate sufficient information to answer your question.

Using the SEC's EDGAR database, I looked up Schering-Plough's 10-K
form for 12/31/01.  Searching for "Properties" led me to a list of
locations of "principal manufacturing locations":

Between that list, the contact list at Schering-Plough's website, and
the previously mentioned outside sources, I've determined the
following manufacturing locations:
