I am trying to locate the name of the song and the artist who sang it
from two television programs, ER and Providence. I have searched
every lyric and music site on the web. I have searched the ER and
Providence home pages. The best NBC.com could do was tell me to write
headquarters in NY. Neither show gave the name of the song nor the
name of the artist in the closing credits. The ER episode was the one
where Carol quit and went to be with Doug. While she was on the plane
there was a song playing about going home, sung by a woman. The song
I'm seeking from Providence was sung on the (recent) last episode. It
was sung while Syd was at the hospital saying goodbye to the doctor
she had been considering. The lyrics were something like, "in another
time, in another place, I might have been your woman, you might have
been my man." This song was also sung by a woman and it's NOT "In
Another Time" by Suzy K. With both songs I went immediately to music
locating sites and spent days searching, typing in every variation of
the lyrics I could remember, to no avail. If anyone can find the
names of the songs/artists/cd's of the above two mentioned it's worth
$10.00 to me. Do not, repeat not, send me to any more search sites.
I've been to them all! Thanks so much.
