Hello steviewag1-ga,
I found this video listed for sale at the website of a store in
Brazil. It may be a copy. In order to make a purchase, you would have
to send them an e-mail. They say that they will make foreign sales.
There is no mention of what forms of payment that they take.
Let me know if you would be interested in this information.
Otherwise, perhaps another researcher will be able to find other
resources.

I contacted the seller by e-mail. He responded with the following information:
"I got the first gen copy , so yours will be 2nd...
US$ 20,00 including blank tape and US$ 9,00 to cover airmail
shipment...
It's VHS , NTSC , SP mode...
Paypal it's ok to payments..."
Let me know if you would like to pursue this option.

Hello steviewag1-ga,
I believe the tape is a copy of a copy. I questioned the seller about
the quality of the tape. He said the following:
"the quality still very good , as we use a 7 head VCR , so the copy is
98% equal to original tape"
The tape is in English and the website has an English language version
which you can choose to go to from the home page.
Please let me know if you would like me to post the details about this
website as the answer.
Thanks,

Hello steviewag1-ga,
The Dave Clark Five video Glad All Over Again is available for
purchase at the website of Hard N`Heavy - Brasilian Heavy Metal
Store (http://www.hardheavy.com.br/index2.html).
Click on Videos at the top center section of the page. Scroll down
the page and click on D/H Bands from D to H. This page is in
alphabetical order. You will find two Dave Clark Five videos listed,
Dave Clark Five Glad All Over Again and Dave Clark Five TV
Special.
Near the top of this page there is a link How To Order. On this
page they state the flowing:
Send us your requests by e-mail. This is a brasilian page , but as we
receive lots of foreign e-mails , I decided to put an english version
online to try to help you out...Sorry my poor english.
The e-mail address, which you can find by clicking on E-Mail at the
top of the page is:
hheavy@centroin.com.br
I have contacted them three times at this e-mail address and they were
always prompt to reply (considering the time difference).
They say that they accept Paypal payments. If you choose to make the
purchase, contact them by e-mail to let them know and they will give
you the Paypal username to make the payment to.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hello steviewag1-ga,
I did tell them that I was requesting this information for a Google
Answers client.
I will try to contact them as well. I'm not sure where you are
located but there is likely a time difference and they may be closed
on Sundays.
Please let me know if you hear from them.

I'm sorry, I didn't answer the second part of your question.
I have not done business with this store before. Based on the
responses that I received from him, he seemed to be legitimate. Have
you sent them any money? I recommend that you use a credit card
through Paypal. That would give you some recourse if you do not
receive your goods and they would not get your credit card
information.

Hello steviewag1-ga,
They say that they did not receive your e-mail. Please try again.
Put something like "Dave Clark Five Video" in the title.
The e-mail address is:
hheavy@centroin.com.br
Be sure to include the ".br
