I am really looking for something that spells out the process, the
different parties involved, the steps involved from making
merchandising decisions to buying the inventory to warehousing it and
subsequently selling it retail and when and how to mark it down for
discount to clear it out.

so, articles touching on this are a little light for what i was hoping
for
