Hi francophone,
Living in an arabic-speaking country, I've taken a personal interest
in your question.
Microsoft Windows '98 Arabic Edition is available in two separate
versions i.e.: Enabled and Localized. The difference is that in the
Enabled version, the user interface is completely in English,
including the help screens, menus and dialog boxes. In the Localized
version, the user interface is completely in Arabic, including the
help screens, menus and dialog boxes. Everything else within the two
versions is exactly identical.
