As you know, I have a background in internal medicine.  I am looking
for physician-specific opportunities to work at home via the internet.

I have looked options in the following question:

None of the sites in that answer have given me the opportunity I'm
looking for (most of them were not hiring or were not established
enough).  I have also looked at several advice sites (i.e.
yahoo.advice.com) - none are established enough to be worth my while.

I am intentionally leaving out specifics because I'm interested to see
what you guys come up with.  I have tried looking myself without any
success.  However, there are some requirements that I need in the
opportunity:
1) the job does not have to require a physician, although it is
preferred
2) the job must be health-care related
3) the job can be done via the internet

Don't worry about the price of the question -  I'll tip according to
what kind of answer is given.
