I need a list of large (private or public) US-based real estate
INVESTMENT companies that
have holdings in Europe or Asia. the companies could also be called
"funds" and be joint ventures.

I need companies that actually themselves buy/invest in properties as
apposed to service providers like brokerage/consulting firms. a good
example of companies I need would be Hines and Tishman Speyer
companies. a bad example of companies i do not need would be CB
Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield (service providers/brokerage).

The companies could buy/invest in: retail (shopping malls); office
space; residential; or mixed use. It would be helpful to separate
companies into categories like: shopping malls, office/mixed…

Thank you. will give the most stars for the most complete list.

There are many such companies. How many would you like? 20? 50? 100?

I don't think there are that many international real estate companies
that have holdings abroad. there could be companies that provide
service, as i mentioned in my question. but i need companies that buy,
build and own for themselves... not service providers.
if you can list 50+ companies, funds, joint ventures would be good.
but i would prefer quality to quantity. the best companies for me are
with assets above $300M. thank you.
