I want examples of Florida municipalites that have used their eminent
domain powers outisde of the community redevelopment agency to acquire
property for mixed use development projects -- public housing,
affordable housing, and  a minority business incubator?

How many examples would be acceptable? How many cities? Do you have
particular cities in mind?

Three cities are acceptable.   Any cities in Florda are acceptable. 
Development project can be public housing and/or affordable housing
and/or a minority business incubator.
