This sure sounds like a catalog my husband gets from Surplus Center. 
I don't think they have a web presence due to the fluctuating nature
of their stock, but their phone # is 800-488-3407.  They have
industrial surplus of a varied nature, including hydraulics, pumps,
motors, wheels, all kinds of stuff.  I remember a blue catalog from a
few years ago, too.
