Hi,

CMS Software costs anywhere from $0.00 to $100,000 US per processor

Content management systems range as much in price as they do in
features, support, and customized code options. The list below shows
a sampling between high-end/high-priced content managers and open
source systems. Just because the system is open source, doesn't mean
it is not high-end, For instance Evolution is a very good system, and
could probably fill the need of any commercial web site, and has the
advantage of having all the source code available for your own
programmers to change or alter as required. I hope this list meets
all of your needs. There are two sections, the first are prices which
I could get as close to flat rate is possible and the second is a list
of the ones I had to call and couldn't really get this straight answer
from them, because they see the system is having too many variables to
nail down a price without a great deal of negotiation.

webadept-ga,

Thanks for your answer. You provided some helpful information.
However, by specifying "commercial" CMS's, I meant to preclude
open-source options.

I understand that the question could have been more explicit, so I am
willing to complete our transaction, but my rating will be three
stars. If you'd rather go for a higher rating, then here is some
additional information:

Our company uses Zope with Plone to build websites with custom content
management systems. What I want to be able to say is that we save our
customers $________ by using an open-source system rather than a
commercial CMS.

Thanks again for your efforts, and let me know how you'd like to
proceed.

Since the transaction has gone through, I'll assume that no further
clarification is forthcoming, and the three-star rating stands. Thanks
for your efforts.
