Dear doobydoo-ga

I have downloaded the operating instructions from Panasonic and it
appears that the button on this remote is called the STR button. It is
used to “store settings after adjustments have been made or options
have been set”. (page 12)
When manually selecting stations the STR button is pressed to store
the information. (page 24)

It is on the bottom of the remote to the left of the help button which
is marked ? (The image is not very clear)

You can download the manual from
http://www.panasonic.co.uk/downloadcentre/
entering the model number in the search box

Or direct from
http://www.support.panasonic.co.uk/sys/ttips/Panasonic/Visual/Televisions_TEXT/TX/32DK1/B32DK1.pdf

Please ask for clarification if the links do not work or if this is
not the solution.
