len1943-ga,

This doesn't directly answer your question, but I found a few items in
the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Library system that you may be able to
locate or borrow through Inter-Library Loan from your local library.
They seem to cover all federal prisons, and may cover your question
specifically about Lewisburg. They appear to be worth a look.

1. Title -- 60 years Federal Prison Industries, 1934-1994.
Author -- Federal Prison Industries, Inc.
    Year -- 1995

2. Title -- Factories with fences : the history of Federal Prison
Industries
Author -- Federal Prison Industries, Inc.
    Year -- 1996

Good luck!!
