My husband was doing a search on your site and found a map of the USA
that gave information about the wild hog population in the united
states. It was a map and showed where the highest concentration of
hogs were. He did a picture search and typed in hog wild or wild hog.
we cannot find it again

Do you recall anything else about the page with the map, such as the
description of the map, any headings or text on the page, or any
portion of the web address?

Also, do you recall when your husband did the search and found the
map?

Was this a map of the entire United States, or of an individual state
or states? I'm fairly sure that you mean the entire United States,
but I'm having a hard time finding any such maps other than for
particular states. (But even though I haven't found a map for the
entire USA, someone else might.)

tonnie-ga,

The best explanation for the missing picture is the server probably
went down. I have, however, found exactly what you are looking for
and you can click the link here (they are uploaded to my personal
server so there is no chance that they will disappear again):

While looking for this information, I have also found many other
pictures that you may find useful.

The following pictures show the wild hog distribution in Texas, in
detail:

The following picture shows the wild hog distribution in Missouri, in
detail:

The following picture shows the areas where pseudorabies in hogs have
been detected, across the United States:
http://imedia.hypermart.net/pics/rabies.jpg

Lastly, the following picture shows the areas where swine brucellosis
in hogs have been detected, across the United States:

I hope that helps!
