interviews with the founders of the company on their show one of the
days between Friday, November 29 - Sunday December 1, 2002.  Where do
I locate the
website to order a copy of this videotape (or download a file
containing it)?

transcript and a streamed video version (or both) is completely

November 29, 2002.

If you'd like to order a videocassette, see these instructions from
