There are a fair number of public companies for whom Charles B.
Pearlman and several other Pearlman's perform legal services from
their law office:

Brian Pearlman, Esq.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301


I can detail the list of companies and the nature of some of the
services.  But it is not always clear how the lawyers are compensated,
or whether any shares of stock changed hands.  Let me know if this
would suffice as an answer.

Is this man a businessman or CEO of a company?  You could pay a
private investigator a few hundred dollars to do a financial
background check.  Otherwise, the information you are asking for is
not normally publicly available.
