I need to locate the names of possible companies whic could partner a
UK PFI provider in the healthcare sector to provide clinical services
(i.e the actual medical staff).  I don't know whether BUPA are this
kind of company for example.  I need preferably companies that are
based in Scandinavia, Australasia, or Ireland (as these countries have
spare capacity in doctors and nurses).  Laing and Buisson in the UK
publich a healthcare yearbook which lists private hospital operators
in the UK - surely there must be an equivalent organisation in
Scandinavia/Ireland etc which publishes something similar?!!

Have you looked at India? I believe that can be a more prolific source
of such staff.
