Hello frangipani14,

Thank you for your question. I have just the place for you.

14 Karats on College Ave in Berkeley. Ask for John. Everything they do
is custom and can be made to your specification. They work with your
ideas to make them a reality.

Over the years, they have made a rolling diamond ring for me that I
saw in Florida and sketched for them. It rolls across my finger as my
hand moves. Very unique.

They also have made a unique necklace pendant for me that can not be
described properly in words, but comes from a design I saw in a book
and they made a reality. Prices are very reasonable, considering the
custom nature of the work.

They also have a large selection of pre-made work available for
immediate purchase.

clouseau, thank you so much for your reply, you were very helpful.
However, I think that I am looking for a antique setting. CAn you
help?

Hello again,

It would have been very helpful if you had specified antique setting
in your question. I interpreted your question as seeking jewelry that
was unique, unsual or custom designed to your particular taste. That
being said, I would still call John at 14 Karats. He also deals with
antique jewelry and could also create something for you in an antique
style. I know of no jeweler more creative in the Bay Area.

If he is unable to satisfy your need, I will be happy to search a bit
further.
