I am looking for the names of ISPs that specialize in handling dial-in
access for dedicated systems that periodically send email. Usages
include alarms or alerts, or for lifeline type companies, etc.

These ISPs typically charge far less than regular ISPs, as they assume

basic capabilities, limited usage, no webmail, etc. Am looking for
three or four alternatives with equivalent or better features/price.
ISP needs to have coverage throughout the US.
