What is the average daily cost to operate a small hog farm?

It depends on many things. Among them: 

Where you are in the world (country, state, county), the age and
physical size of your livestock, the number of animals, the specific
breed of your livestock, the quality of feed you select, the time of
year, the facility you are running, the economy, and your definition
of "a small hog farm".
