I am looking for a video of Disney's facial animation project from the
SIGGRAPH 2002 conference. If you find this, big tip goes to you.

(The project had somethign to do with an animated character placed
next to a real actor. The character duplicated the facial expressions
of the real actor. It is virtually impossible to tell which is the
real person and which the computer generated one.)

Video can be either on the computer (preferred) or on videocassette -
in which case a direct link is needed to the site selling it. Thank
you! (Needed for a graduate class. Thanks!)

Floundation:

I couldn't turn up anything other than what you probably already know:

The video in question is called the "Human Face Project" from Walt
Disney Feature Animation's R&D project. There's very little of it
mentioned online:

Hope you have better luck else where.

Anything you get will probably be bootleg; The larger studios don't
usually put their groundbreaking stuff on the materials distributed to
participants and contributers.

Some of the folk I attended with paid for the full program, and I know
it wasn't in their conference materials; we bought all of the DVDs
for sale this year and I know it's not on there, either.

Good luck.
