I would like to know what manufacturers are licensed to create gold or
silver jewelry for any of the following:

Sesame Street - Elmo, Big Bird, etc...
Disney - Mickey, Pooh, Cinderalla, etc...
Peanuts - Charlie Brown, etc...
Mattel - Barbie, etc...
Or other licensed jewelry

I would also like to know any manufacturers of licensed gold or silver
jewelry, other than Michael Antony or Aurafin:

MLB
NBA
NHL
Nascar 
Collegiate
