I'm looking for a list of recently incorporated businesses in
Maryland. I found assistance for DC, and that's wonderful. We also
service Maryland, so it be greatly appreciated if we got some pointers
to Maryland as well.

Ernestodc-ga,

Hello, it's me again. Thanks for the kind rating of the DC new
businesses question. Unfortunately, the situation is Maryland is
quite different. Have a look at the link below:

http://www.dat.state.md.us/sdatweb/ucc/ucc_search.html

In a nutshell, it says that the State won't do data runs, but there
are commercial services in Maryland that will. Specifically:

"The State Department of Assessments and Taxation in Maryland does not
search the financing statement records filed with the Department under
the Uniform Commercial Code of Maryland. There are several companies
that do perform searches of our records, and may provide other
services as well."

"The following companies are listed in alphabetical order. The State
of Maryland does not endorse or recommend the services of any of these
companies, nor does the State regulate the fees they charge. Contact
the individual companies to find out what services they offer and
their fee schedule."

The site includes a listing of ten firms that can probably get you
what you want.

I'm posting this a clarification comment rather than an answer because
I don't think is gets you quite to where you want to be. If you'd
like, respond with some additional information about what, exactly,
you want it terms of a contact list, and I can call a few of the
companies, get some pricing info, and post the information as an
answer.

Or...you can just take the ball and run with it.

By the way, I looked at Montgomery County's site, and they don't seem
to have such info either.
