I am trying to find out the size of the United States market for
rubber dental dams. I would like dollar sales and unit sales broken
down  between natural rubber latex dental dams and non-latex dental
dams.  So far I have determined that Hygenic Corporation is the only
manufacturer of non-latex dental dams in the US.  I would consider
this question to be answered to a satisfactory extent if I only found
out how many non-latex Hygenic dental dams were sold any of the
following years: 2000, 2001, or 2002.
