Hello tawaanda-ga,
The former Intercraft Industries Corporation is now part of The Burnes
of Boston/Connoisseur Group, which is in turn part of Newell
Rubbermaid.
"Burnes of Boston/Connoisseur History"
Intercraft
http://www.intercraft.com/main.taf?p=1,1
That page lists the name just as "Intercraft". However, another page
confirms that Herman Spertus, listed as co-founder on the Intercraft
history page, did indeed co-found the company that was named
"Intercraft Industries".

A label on the back of a framed print, currently being auctioned on
eBay, confirms that Academy Arts was a division of Intercraft
Industries Corporation.

The address on the label is different (1840 North Clybourn Avenue),
but the main point is that Academy Arts was a division of Intercraft
Industries Corporation -- which has since become subsumed within The
Burnes of Boston/Connoisseur Group of Newell Rubbermaid.
You can contact Connoisseur/Intercraft by mail, telephone, or e-mail.
