Entebbe, Uganda for historical research and what are the fees?

Omweso - a general advice for someone conducting a historical research
in Africa is to check with other researchers on their experiences. In
Uganda, some official regulations are not kept de facto, and on the
other hand, some unofficial information could save lots of trouble.
