I have a good list of sites for such articles.
First, are you seeking payment?  Are you looking for sites that will
pay for your articles?
And, second, will you accept contact information as a proxy for
posting?  It will then be up to you to contact the sites and post the
articles, and of course there is no guarantee they will post every
article you submit.

addresses.
I already know of 25 or so sites -- hopefully your list would be
longer-dupes expected.

Thanks for your question.  First, let me request that if any of the
following is unclear or if you require any further research – please
don’t hesitate to ask me for a clarification.

The first sites you should consider are those that collect white
papers – they’ll typically accept most any article that is
pseudo-professional in nature, so don’t worry about the “white paper”
designation; and, of course, you can always quickly reformat and call
your article a white paper.  Here are the best white paper sites I

1. You did not tell me apriori which sites you are familiar
with...and...
2. I gave you the top sites - if you did thorough searches before,
then you would have been likely to already come across these.
