How does one form a subsidiary of a corporation and what are the
restrictions, requirements advantages, disadvantages and legal status
of the subsidiary the parent and vice versa?  How can I tell if it is
better for my company to establish a subsidiary company or to
establish the new compnay as an separate entity?
