Hello, While I don't have a degree in Philosophy, There's a great essay you might wish to read written by a Philosophy undergrad student at Oxford. If it's too short for your tastes, Richard Schantz is Professor of Philosophy at Siegen University, and he's written a collection of books entitled, "Current Issues in Theoretical Philosophy". Volume 1 is, "What is Truth" and goes greatly into depth for about 340 pages.
