I am looking for the maximum information about US Emerald Energy
Company there address is 616 FM 1960 W. Ste. 600 Houston TX 77090.  I
am wanting to find any listings they have with the SEC, and any and
all fraud and cease and desist orders.  I have a little bit of info on
them in PA in 1997, and some in WA in 1999.  Any information that is
more current would be of great value in other states.

I am looking also for information regarding employee's by the name of
Edward Benson the sales consultant and the president Michael Slavin
both of which are
employed by US Emerald.

I have found 2-3 sites that contain informaiton but it has been
limited.

I have searched under the companies name and the employees names only.
