I am looking for the name, phone number and e-mail (if applicable) of
a company that we saw at a restaraunt supply show in Tacoma, WA in
2002.  They were selling frozen cookies, ready to bake,the oven that
you bake them in and an acrylic display case to hold your "fresh
baked" cookies in.  It was similar to "Otis Spunkmeyer" type of
set-up.  These were very good cookies and I have lost the
literature that I had picked up at the show about that company.

I believe the show that you are referring to is the Northwest
Foodservice Show, which was held at the Tacoma Dome, April 21 through
23, 2002.

I haven't been able to identify the company that you are referring to,
but I can give you the location of a website which includes a list off
all of the 2002 exhibitors and links to the company websites
(approximately 500 companies).

Would this be an acceptable answer?
