Greetings again pjmulberry-ga!

The answer is: "Red Heat" - the 1988 movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger
and James Belushi.
"Red Heat page at IMDB.com":
http://us.imdb.com/Title?0095963

As you may recall, I recently rented the "Red Heat" DVD in order to
answer an earlier question you posted:
"Film trivia":

I fully watched the film earlier today and in the end credits I
noticed that "Stranger on the Shore" is listed as being one of the
four songs used in the movie. Specifically, the music appears in the
scene in which Schwarzenegger and Belushi are at a counter in a diner
(This occurs about one hour and twelve minutes into the movie).

I hope this information is helpful. If you would like for me to
clarify any part of my answer or further research your question,
please let me know before issuing a rating. Thanks!
