I strongly suggest you try breaking up this set of questions into
multipart questions, or better yet one question per question. I say
this because if you take a look at the pricing guide here:

I think the question as asked would take up a lot of time. Plus while
some researchers may know one or two of the answers, they may not have
all of them, and you would receive more correct answers in a timely
fashion. Thanks!
