I am looking to host a small web site that is informational in nature.
There are a few asp online forms and the total number of pages would
not exceed 200.

I like to know the following

1.	What are the best web hosting companies in terms of speed of
access, user feedback and price for a shared( virtual hosting )
package . The web site should run under Windows NT (2000). I am not
looking at the cheapest package .I have looked at Web Hosting magazine
but it looks like they recommend their preferred hosting companies
just too often.


2.	I would like a software like Whos On ( see link ) which enables the
web master or others to remotely  view who is on site , on which pages
etc in real time mode. The site we wish to host will only attract less
than a 30 visitors per day but those who come are important to us
.We want to know who they are, which pages they are viewing etc .This
will be important when we run niche promotional campaigns so that we
can determine whether the campaign is making visitors go to certain
sections/pages.

I want to know which “top” hosting companies are likely to allow me to
run this software on their systems without paying a dedicated host
price .( by the way , does dedicated hosting means that we can get the
hosting company to load any software on the dedicated server ? )
