If you are looking for someone to give you the "ideal" answers to
these questions perhaps you should rephrase your question. Since we
are unable to tell you what "your" interests and goals are or what
"you" think, maybe you should consider asking something like:

"Please help me answer these questions based in my interests and
goals, which are..."

"Please help me explain what characteristics a person should have in
order to become successful in a nursing career. I belive that a person
should..."
