I cannot find my user's HP printer manual. My husband purchased a new black ink cartridge today, and for some unknown reason, the "align cartridge" window did not pop up and it use to. The quality of the ink is so poor that every other text line is all but impossible to read. Can anyone tell me how to align the cartridges? Thank you! |

Hi Thorcat, Accessing the HP toolbox to align your print cartridges is pretty straightforward, but depends on your operating system. Since you don't mention which OS you're running, I've included links to the procedures for Win98, Win2K and WinXP.
