Do you mean implement the MIBS? Or write the agent itself?

Anything that can make the SNMP manager can discover the Pocket PC
running in the network.

You would require to implement the MIBS on the Pocket PC. Your Pocket
PC should have an agent running and that should respond to queries
made by the SNMP Manager.

Standard MIBS are:
System
Interfaces
etc.
