It would also simplify things a bit if you would name the "major UK

Ok...well that's is quite a comprehensive set of information. 
However, I was really looking to obtain a list within something like
Excel that I would be able to manipulate and search.

I do however realise that the question was not asked well enough!

I am after say 10-20 clubs & bars (which are the mega popular and busy
ones) in say 30 major cities in the UK.
