What are the latest figures, by country, for cell phone ownership in
the European Union, preferably for 2002, by age group, and other
demographic breakdowns if possible?  A link to the info on the web
would be ideal -- we can't seem to find recent data on our own.

What is your projected budget for such a report? If I knew more about
how much you were willing to invest in one I might be able to shop
around for you. Preliminary searches indicate that the most recent
2002 reports are QUITE expensive. However, if cost is no object, I can
direct you to several sources where they can be purchased.

Our budget is $10 -- wish we could spend more but unfortunately we're
just looking for a pointer to some info on the web if possible --
perhaps a newsgroup or an expert that has a document with the info on
