On this page, there is a section for Service Contracts with a picture
of a little envelope: If you click on the little envelope, it will
bring up a form which you can use to send e-mail to the Service
Contracts division.
Furthermore, if you wish to try contacting her by phone:
If you call the toll-free number, 1-800-992-1997, press 1 (you are a
customer), then press 2 to continue, then on the next menu, DON'T
PRESS ANYTHING. Just wait. You will be then be asked if you will be
willing to take a survey. Press 2 to continue. You will be asked for 1
of 3 items -- don't choose any of them. Instead, press 0 to speak with
a representative. You will be put on hold for the next available
representative. I did actually speak to a live person this way. They
told me that they were not allowed to release Ms. Tomlanovich's
extension or personal e-mail address, but said that you could contact
them by phone this same way.
