Hello fmcdon-ga,
It seems extremely doubtful that Morehouse College is about to close.
It recently received a $3 million grant from the Coca Cola Foundation,
part of a $100 million "Campaign for a New Century". It was recently
ranked by Black Enterprise magazine as the top college for African
Americans. That does not sound like a college in trouble.

I believe that the rumors are confusing Morehouse College in Atlanta
with Morris Brown College in Atlanta. Morris Brown College, which is
also a historically black college, is in danger of being closed,
though many people are trying to save it.
